Fresh Paint: Feelin’ Polka Dotty

image

If you don’t already know, I love to do my nails. There’s just something about looking down at my digits and seeing them prettied up that I like – I also find it relaxing and it’s a great way to fit in some me time ; )

I used OPI’s Privacy Please – it’s such a pretty soft pink, and goes on nice and smooth and isn’t streaky. With my trusty dotting tool, I used Maybelline’s Porcelain Party for the dots! Easy Peasy – if you have a steady hand. I have to admit, my right hand took a little longer, but still looks pretty good. I might even be so bold as to say, when it comes to my nails at least, I’m fairly ambidextrous!

I also used one coat of Seche Base (it’s my current base coat as of late, I ultimate go-to, but between OPI’s Nail Envy and this one, it’s a toss up) and finished with two coats of Seche Vite. This is my all-time favourite top coat. It’s quick-drying (seriously quick drying) and keeps my nails nice and glossy, and covers up any any unfortunate knicks or marks that may or may not happen in between coats : P  Definitely check it out if you haven’t already!

Hope you guys are having a great weekend!
